Figure Drawing!

Had an awesome time at figure drawing yesterday, my recently favorite model Tiffany did some amazing poses for us. It was just the thing to get me out of my recent art lull...

Summer means more sketching (finally!) and hopefully more blog updates (but no promises on that last part) ;)

Animations from last year...

Decided to upload some older animations from about a year ago...

This one's technically an animatic (so sue me)

I've got a lot to learn!

More to come...

All I draw is people!

Highlights from the last week (and a half) in the Sketchbook...

Skin de Mole

Finally some recent sketches... I just started this sketchbook (a moleskine) 2 weeks ago and I'm halfway finished! That's pretty crazy cause my average usually is 3 months per sketchbook! But I've been just in love with sketching lately, (and it feels great!) just picking up the pen every chance I get... working all day on a computer will do that to you I guess...

I haven't found a good way to level out the colors on the moleskine's yellowish pages, does anyone have a good trick for this? I'd love to hear it.

Anyways that's all for now I hope (now that I'm caught up) to post my favorite sketches of the week, every week if I can. I think it will be a good way to track my progress and keep my motivated and sketching!

Sketchbook backlog!

Been really pleased with my sketches the past few weeks lately but unfortunately, I'm backed so far up on posting sketchbook work up here I couldn't post them! I had 3 sketchbooks to get through before I could start with newest (current) sketchbook work! So here you go this is the highlights from 3 sketchbooks dating all the way back to Winter break! And this weekend I'll post highlights from the last couple weeks and then hopefully keep on top of it like that, posting my sketching highlights from the week, every weekend. So THERE. Enjoy!

More soon!

Recent Figure Pics...
